Uniform

We are going with Axis Gear - an experienced purveyor of orienteering and adventure racing gear in Canada that's outfitted many U.S. and Canadian O clubs (including La Porte). The jerseys are not cheap, but they should last for a long time!

The design will look much like the NTOA T-shirts, with the addition of slimming white and blue stripes. (Slight change: Instead of the NTOA in the center of the chest, as shown, we'll go with the armadillo on left chest, as on the t-shirts.) We're going with the Axis Boulder shirt - it's not a skin-tight, tapered racing jersey fit, but a slightly more relaxed version. (If you want a tighter-fitting shirt, order a size smaller.) It will be short sleeve, of quick-dry tech material called Primo, which is 100% polyester, with mesh side panels (if possible) and a 4-inch zipper neck.

If you weren't able to try on a sample back at Texoma, take a look at the sizing info below with chest measurements for each size. Both men's and women's styles are available (women can order men's or women's). The measurements are in inches. To figure out what size you need, take your favorite racing shirt and lay it flat. Measure it from armpit to armpit and double the number. That should give you some guidance.

Pricing

There are price breaks for reaching certain quantities. I'm certain we'll get to 13 pieces based on what we've heard so far. Our goal, though, is to get to 25. NTOA will buy some extra shirts to have for sale as well, which will help meet this goal.

13 to 24 shirts: $80.00 each
25 to 50 shirts: $70.00 each
2XL is $3 extra per shirt

Payment

NTOA will cover the cost of artwork set-up and shipping. We're assuming we will meet the $70 price break. Lisa will make an announcement as soon as we hit that 25-shirt point!

Payment must be received in the form of cash or check (made to NTOA) - PayPal may NOT be used. Please hold off on sending in funds until we make the price-break announcement.
